Tech Buddy & Office Hours
In the community area you will find thematic tables dedicated to several technology recognizable by the respective logo. At each table you will find an expert: take the opportunity to ask questions, discuss and deepen your knowledge with our Tech Buddies!
How to meet our Tech Buddies?
join the community area during breaks (you will find all slots available in the conference agenda);
join the info point in the community area to schedule a 1:1 of 15 minutes with the tech buddy.
Photo Contest
Not just contents, but emotions that we want to keep in our hearts forever: take part in the conference photo contest!
Take photos with friends, MCs, speakers, ambassadors and other community members and post them on your social channels using #CodemotionMilan23!

Lightning Talk
Would you like to present a quick talk in a stage during Codemotion Milan?
You will have 5/10 min to present your talk and receive feedbacks by our experts!
Who can propose a lightning talk?
Everyone that has something interesting to share with the Codemotion Milan attendees. (No SPAM or commercial talks will be accepted)
How it works?
Join the community area during Codemotion Milan;
write your talk title on the board and book a slot (slots are limited so, be sure to be the first!);
present yourself at the scheduled time on the stage and present your talk.
Quiz Time
Take part in the fun quizzes that will be held at the conference!
Challenge other people on multiple topics and technologies. Will you guess the greatest number of correct answers in the shortest time possible?

Slide Roulette
How good are your improvisation skills?
Let's have fun together with Slide Roulette: you will have 5 random slides and a random topic to improvise an amazing funny talk!
9 developers couples will challenge themself to make you laugh!
Who will be the winner?
Join the challenge and propose yourself as speaker by October 5th, 2023.
Community Wall
In the community area you will find a board where you can draw your community logo an paste your community stickers!

Dedication Book
Remember to leave your mark on the dedication book!
There will be a giant book, designed specifically for dedications: sign it and write something as a souvenir of the conference 🧡

In the community area we will have a community stage with many activities like:
the presentation of State Of European Tech Communities;
the presentation of the new Open source book;
live interviews of our Twitch series like: Devs Book Club, Wannabe CTO, Road to Dev, Devs Meet Ethics and many more!
Morning Race
Are you in Milan and would you like to to run a morning race to get ready for the conference?
Let's meet for a 25/30 min long morning race and get new endorphines to be ready for Codemotion Milan 2023!

Join our team's interviews during the conference and tell us about you and what are you learning at the event!

We want to organize not only a conference full of contents but an experience full of engaging community activities to stimulate discussion, new connections and fostering exchange.

Let's take part at our WannaBe Speakers Program!
How does it work?
Apply: fill out the CFP that you find below by February 8th, 2024 selecting that you would like to be part of the program and proposing your talk idea.
Get the confirmation: by the end of March you will know if you will be selected by mail and we will ask you to confirm your participation to the program.
Learn: you will be contacted directly form one of our ambassadors that will be your mentor until the day of the conference. You will schedule in full authonomy the mentoring sessions.
Shine as speaker @ Codemotion Madrid 2024: you will give your talk during a dedicate slot in the agenda of the conference!
What do I need to take part to the #WannaBeSpeakers program?
We want to empower our community members so here are the caracteristics we are looking for:
energy and desire to share your experience and knowledge,
possibility to dedicate time to this program,
provide by yourself transportation and accomodation to attend Codemotion Milan 2023 on October 24th and 25th, 2023
What provides Codemotion?
Free mentorship if you will be selected until the day of the conference from one of our ambassadors;
a free ticket to attend Codemotion Madrid 2024;
Feel free to fill out both in spanish and english.
